Do you offer child care services? Most locations do at various hours. Please see the locations page for more details.

Do you have a pool? Yes! However, this varies by location so please check at your club.

Do you offer Personal Training? Personal Training comes included with each membership to build you a personalized program. Additional training sessions are available at an additional cost.

Can I bring a guest? We offer guest passes with your membership to any friends or family that live in the area and are over the age of 18.

What if they are from out of town? We offer paid passes for anywhere from one day to one month.

Do you offer Group Fitness Classes? Each of our clubs has an individual group fitness schedule. Find your Club’s Class schedule on the Class Page: East Club, South Club, North Club, Downtown Club.

How do I cancel my membership? All accounts must be cancelled in writing. You can give your 30 day notice at the club Monday – Friday or send in a letter to PO Box 1756, Veradale, WA 99037.
